Elizabeth Eichler has a background in the arts, marketing and innovation. She is an advocate for creativity as a source of business value. She earned a bachelor’s in theatre and speech from DeSales University, a master’s in theatre education from the Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers, and an MBA from Raj Soin College of Business at Wright State University.
Eichler has taught at the University of South Carolina Upstate, Sinclair College and the University of Dayton. She has served as director of marketing for the internationally acclaimed Shakespeare Theatre of New Jersey and the University of Delaware’s Professional Theatre Training Program, and she was previously president of the League of Cincinnati Theatres. Eichler has also managed her own costume business and worked in product optimization for Sensation Research.
