Peter Wagner holds a Master of Science in Systems Management/Logistics from the University of Southern California. Wagner joined the University of Dayton faculty in 1997, and has since taught over 100 different classes impacting over 3,500 students from freshman to graduate levels, primarily in the areas of operations management, management science/operations research, quantitative models and decision analysis, probability and statistics. From 2002 to 2016, Wagner directed numerous undergrad and MBA business study abroad programs in Europe, Asia and South America. In addition to some consulting work in Dayton, Ohio, he maintains an active interest in extracurricular academic, service and professional organizations, including the Production and Operations Management Society, the Decision Sciences Institute and the Institute for Supply Management.
