Through the MBA@Dayton program, you will gain the creative problem-solving skills and ethical foundation that will help you become an innovative business leader. The program places an emphasis on educating leaders who serve their organizations and community with integrity.
The curriculum is composed of up to 45 credits (up to 48 if you pursue a concentration):
MBA@Dayton immersions are in-person learning experiences that give you the opportunity to network with classmates, faculty and business leaders in person while attending workshops and completing group projects. As a student, you will attend two or more immersions, at least one of which will take place on the University of Dayton campus in Ohio.
The University of Dayton offers concentrations to help you specialize in a particular field, giving you the skills and credentials to advance in your current career or transition into a new one. If you choose to pursue a concentration, you will take three elective courses instead of two, adding three credits to your program of study. Available concentrations include marketing and business analytics.
