Since 1850, the University of Dayton has been preparing students to shape the world around them through a focus on servant leadership and an approach to education rooted in the Catholic and Marianist traditions. Today, we offer two online business master’s programs to help you advance your career with integrity.
Both MBA@Dayton and Analytics@Dayton are delivered by the AACSB-accredited University of Dayton School of Business Administration. You must have a bachelor’s degree to apply.
Program highlights include:
Online MBA Program
MBA@Dayton prepares you to become an ethical leader as you learn theories and principles of marketing, operations, accounting, organizational behavior, economics, finance and integrated strategy. There are three available program tracks: a one-year MBA for applicants who earned a bachelor’s degree in business within the last seven years, an accelerated track designed for business professionals who have eight or more years of full-time work experience, and a foundational track designed for professionals who need to build a comprehensive foundation in the fundamentals of business. Last year’s graduating MBA classes (on campus and online combined) had an average annual salary of USD109,932.2
In addition, you may choose between two concentrations: marketing or business analytics, which will help you build key skills in a focus area and demonstrate your level of expertise to employers. Online students are required to take two weekend-long immersive courses: servant leadership, which takes place on UD’s campus in Dayton, and one elective. The program concludes with two capstone courses.
Online Master’s in Business Analytics Program
Analytics@Dayton provides an end-to-end understanding of the analytics professional role, from gathering and cleaning data, to analyzing results, to presenting findings effectively. Designed to accommodate students from a wide range of backgrounds and work experiences, the curriculum strikes a balance of technical and process skills. The program can be completed in as few as 18 months. To apply, you should have an aptitude for math, logic and business technology.
